In vitro and in vivo models of stem cell research:
- Isolation and characterization of stem cell lines from human bone marrow and placental tissues: umbilical cord blood and Wharton’s jelly;
- Differentiation and characterization of endothelial progenitor cells in vitro;
- Cellular biology and biochemistry of blood- vessels in normal and pathological conditions;
- Experimental in vitro and in vivo models of vascular ischemia;
- Molecular mechanisms of fetal and adult stem cells differentiation.
