N.SIMIONESCU, în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr.53/2003 - Codul Muncii, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare și a Legii nr.183/10.06.2024 privind statutul personalului de cercetare, dezvoltare si inovare,  anunta organizarea in data de 16.12.2024 la sediul din str. B.P.Hașdeu nr.8, sector 5, București, ora 12.00, a  concursului pentru ocuparea a unui post temporar vacant de Asistent de cercetare știintifică cu normă întreagă, pedurată determinată si a unui post temporar temporar vacant de Cercetator stiintific III, pe perioada determinata, pana la revenirea din suspendare a titularilor de post in cadrul Departamentului Reglare Genica si Terapii Moleculare.

CONDIȚII GENERALE DE PARTICIPARE LA CONCURSUL DE RECRUTARE:

a) are cetăţenia română sau cetăţenia unui alt stat membru al Uniunii Europene, a unui stat parte la Acordul privind Spaţiul Economic European (SEE) sau cetăţenia Confederaţiei Elveţiene; 

b) cunoaşte limba română, scris şi vorbit; 

c) are capacitate de muncă în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 53/2003 - Codul muncii, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare; 

d) are o stare de sănătate corespunzătoare postului pentru care candidează, atestată pe baza adeverinţei medicale eliberate de medicul de familie sau de unităţile sanitare abilitate; 

e) îndeplineşte condiţiile de studii, de vechime în specialitate şi, după caz, alte condiţii specifice potrivit cerinţelor postului scos la concurs; 

f) nu a fost condamnată definitiv pentru săvârşirea unei infracţiuni contra securităţii naţionale, contra autorităţii, contra umanităţii, infracţiuni de corupţie sau de serviciu, infracţiuni de fals ori contra înfăptuirii justiţiei, infracţiuni săvârşite cu intenţie care ar face o persoană candidată la post incompatibilă cu exercitarea funcţiei contractuale pentru care candidează, cu excepţia situaţiei în care a intervenit reabilitarea; 

g) nu execută o pedeapsă complementară prin care i-a fost interzisă exercitarea dreptului de a ocupa funcţia, de a exercita profesia sau meseria ori de a desfăşura activitatea de care s-a folosit pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii sau faţă de aceasta nu s-a luat măsura de siguranţă a interzicerii ocupării unei funcţii sau a exercitării unei profesii; 

DOSARUL DE CONCURS TREBUIE SĂ CONŢINĂ URMĂTOARELE DOCUMENTE:

1. Cerere de înscriere la concursul de participare la concurs; 
2. copia actului de identitate sau orice alt document care atestă identitatea, potrivit legii, aflate în termen de valabilitate; 
3. copia certificatului de căsătorie sau a altui document prin care s-a realizat schimbarea de nume, după caz; 
4. copiile documentelor care atestă nivelul studiilor legalizate;
5. certificat de cazier judiciar sau, după caz, extrasul de pe cazierul judiciar; 
6. adeverinţă medicală care să ateste starea de sănătate corespunzătoare, eliberată de către medicul de familie al candidatului sau de către unităţile sanitare abilitate cu cel mult 6 luni anterior derulării concursului; 
7. curriculum vitae, model comun european.
8. Copiile de pe actele prevăzute la lit.b) și c) se prezintă însoțite de documentele originale, care se certifică cu mențiunea „conform cu originalul” de către secretarul comisiei de concurs.

Cerintele postului pentru asistent de cercetare temporar vacant:

- studii superioare de licenta sau master in domenii ca: biologie, biochimie sau domenii inrudite

-  cunostinte de baza in tehnici de biochimie, biologie moleculara, culturi celulare

- aptitudini de a lucra cu animale de laborator

- cunoasterea limbii engleze, nivel mediu

Atributii ale postului de asistent de cercetare temporar vacant :

-          Realizeaza analize biochimice sau proceduri de biologie moleculara, culturi celulare in cadrul proiectelor 

-          Executa protocoale experimentale stabilite de coordonatorul grupului de cercetare

-          Participa la experimentele pe animale si la procesarea probelor

-          Noteaza si tine evidenta datelor experimentale  si face analiza primara a datelor obtinute

-          Aduce la cunostinta coordonatorilor problemele tehnice intervenite pe parcursul proiectului.

-          Se documenteaza continuu, informandu-se din literatura de specialitate

-          Participa activ la evenimentele stiintifice organizate in cadrul proiectului si la alte evenimente stiintifice, sesiunile de training si la intalnirile periodice cu echipa proiectului.

-          Intocmeste rapoartele detaliate cu privire la activitatea stiintifica realizata in cadrul proiectului.

To comply with the contractual clauses of the PNRR project 760062/23.05.2023, codeCF186/28.11.2022 entitled „Targeting Cardiac Fibrosis in Heart Failure; Challenges and Potential Solutions Based on ncRNA Therapeutics” -FibroThera, ICBP „Nicolae Simionescu” announces the organization of a competition for employment for a fixed period in the following research positions:

Scientific research assistant - full-time doctoral student, for a fixed period

(October 2024 - June 2026) – 2 positions

Minimum requirements:

-          To be enrolled in a doctoral school (to have the status of a doctoral student);

-          Higher studies in bio-medical fields (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, biophysics) and Master's degree in a biomedical field;

-          Basic knowledge in biochemistry techniques, cell cultures and molecular biology;

-          Knowledge in working with laboratory animals;

-          Knowledge of English language, at least intermediate level (B2).

Duties of doctoral scientific researcher:

-          Performs experiments assigned to him within the project;

-          Participate in meetings with working groups involved in the project, at scientific congresses;

-          Prepares scientific reports in direct relation with the activities carried out.

Contest theme:

-          Calculation problems (percentage concentrations, molar concentrations, normal concentrations, the rectangle rule; dilutions, etc.);

-          Cell membrane (structure, composition, functions);

-          Proteins (structure, functions);

The competition will be held according to the following calendar:

- 30.09.2024 – publication of the announcement;

- 01- 03.10.2024 – submission of files;

- 04.10.2024 – display of the selection of files at 10 a.m., submission of appeals until 1 p.m. and display of the results of the resolution of appeals until 3 p.m.;

- 07.10.2024 – interview test at 10.00 a.m., displaying the results of the interview test until 3.00 p.m.;

 - 08.10.2024 – submission of objections to the interview sample by 10.00 and display of the results of the resolution of the objections by 1 p.m. and display of the final results.

Competition files are received until 03.10.2024, time 3 p.m.

Candidates who obtained at least grade 8 are admitted, according to Law 186/2024 on the Statute of research and development personnel.

Access to the institution and the competition hall will be based on the original identity card.

I.C.B.P. N.SIMIONESCU, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 53/2003 - Labor Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions and Law no. 183/10.06.2024 on the status of research, development and innovation personnel, announces the organization on 16.12.2024 at the headquarters in str. B.P. Hașdeu no. 8, sector 5, Bucharest, 12.00, of the competition for the filling of a temporary vacant position of a full-time Scientific research assistant, for a determined period and a temporarily vacant temporary position of Scientific Researcher III, for the specified period, until the return from suspension of the post holders within the Department of Gene Regulation and Molecular Therapies.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE RECRUITMENT COMPETITION:
a) has Romanian citizenship or the citizenship of another member state of the European Union, of a state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) or the citizenship of the Swiss Confederation;
b) knows the Romanian language, written and spoken;
c) has work capacity in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 53/2003 - Labor Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions;
d) has a state of health corresponding to the position for which he is applying, attested on the basis of the medical certificate issued by the family doctor or the authorized health units;
e) fulfills the conditions of studies, seniority in the specialty and, as the case may be, other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position put up for competition;
f) has not been definitively convicted for committing a crime against national security, against authority, against humanity, corruption or service crimes, forgery or against the administration of justice, crimes committed with intent that would make a candidate for the position incompatible with the exercise of the contractual position for which he is applying, except for the situation in which rehabilitation has taken place;
g) he does not serve a complementary punishment by which he was prohibited from exercising the right to occupy the position, to exercise the profession or trade or to carry out the activity that was used to commit the crime or the security measure of the prohibition of employment was not taken against it a function or the exercise of a profession;

THE COMPETITION FILE MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
a. Application for registration in the contest for participation in the contest;
b. copy of the identity document or any other document certifying the identity, according to the law, within the validity period;
c. copy of the marriage certificate or other document through which the name change was made, as the case may be;

Attributes of the temporarily vacant research assistant position:
- Performs biochemical analyzes or molecular biology procedures, cell cultures within the projects
- Execute experimental protocols established by the research group coordinator
- Participate in animal experiments and sample processing
- Write down and keep records of the experimental data and do the primary analysis of the obtained data
- Brings to the attention of the coordinators the technical problems encountered during the project.
- It is documented continuously, getting information from the specialized literature
- Actively participate in scientific events organized within the project and other scientific events, training sessions and periodic meetings with the project team.
